Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist at SHAPING Child Development Center, located in Hyderabad. Primary responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The role involves developing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, providing guidance to caregivers, and tracking progress to ensure effective intervention strategies tailored to each child’s needs. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech DisordersExperience with addressing Communication DisordersKnowledge of Language Disorders and related interventionsExpertise in managing Dysphagia through therapeutic techniquesStrong communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and team membersMust possess a relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related fieldCertification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is preferredPassion for working with children and promoting their development
