Full time - Evening shift (US timings - EST) and remoteAbout the RoleWe're growing fast, and our content engine needs to match that energy. We're building out a dedicated podcast and live production team, and we need someone who lives and breathes this stuff. You won't just be hitting /"record/" and calling it a day. You'll be the person who makes our LinkedIn Lives and YouTube Lives look like a proper broadcast, chops our long-form podcast content into scroll-stopping 15–30 second snips, and runs the backend of our webinars so our hosts can focus on delivering value.Think of yourself as the invisible force that makes everything feel effortless on camera. What You'll Actually Be DoingRunning live productions end-to-end on LinkedIn Live and YouTube Live, that means handling the stream setup, monitoring quality in real time, and making sure nothing falls apart mid-show.Building and managing screen overlays, lower thirds, transitions, and branded graphics during live events so every broadcast looks polished and intentional.Editing podcast recordings into punchy 15–30 second short-form clips optimized for social, you'll have a sharp eye for the golden moments worth amplifying.Managing music cues, intros, outros, and audio levels across live shows and recordings.Running QA before, during, and after every production, checking audio sync, stream health, visual quality, and audience-facing experience.Setting up and managing live polls, Q&As, and interactive elements during webinars to keep engagement high.Working closely with Tom and the broader podcast team (2 dedicated people) to keep the content calendar moving without bottlenecks.Supporting the growth of our webinar program, we want to do more of them and do them better. What We're Looking ForHands-on experience running LinkedIn Live and/or YouTube Live productions, not just familiarity, actual reps.Proficiency with streaming tools like StreamYard, Restream, OBS, or similar platforms.Strong working knowledge of video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, show us what you use).An instinct for short-form content, you understand what makes a clip stop someone mid-scroll.Solid audio skills, you know the difference between good and acceptable, and you won't settle for acceptable.Experience managing live webinars including polls, screen sharing, and audience engagement features.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment, we're not producing one video a month, we're building a machine.A /"get it done/" attitude. We need someone who troubleshoots in real time, not someone who freezes under pressure.Bonus PointsExperience with podcast-specific platforms (Riverside, Squadcast, etc.) Motion graphics or animation skills for overlays and branded elements. Familiarity with repurposing long-form content across multiple platforms.
