Online Performance Lead We're looking for a hands-on performance marketer to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta. You'll build the testing and attribution infrastructure and directly drive new customer growth. Responsibilities Own paid acquisition across Google (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Build a structured testing framework across creative, audience, and landing page variables Set up attribution and reporting infrastructure — GA4, GTM, and a third-party attribution tool Manage full-funnel retargeting strategy Run CRO experiments on key landing pages Brief creative requirements with clear performance hypotheses Requirements 3–6 years in performance marketing with hands-on campaign management Strong command of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Experience with attribution tools — GA4, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar Has independently managed ₹10L+ monthly ad spend D2C or ecommerce brand experience preferred
