Job Description: Job Title: SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) Manager/Lead Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore Job Type: Full-Time Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) Manager/Lead with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in setting up and customizing SAP EP to align with business needs, ensuring seamless integration with both SAP and non-SAP systems, and implementing single sign-on solutions. This role requires a proactive leader who can monitor system performance, troubleshoot portal issues, and develop collaboration tools while training users for optimal portal usage. Key Responsibilities: Set up and customize SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) to meet specific business requirements. Connect the portal to various systems, both SAP and non-SAP, to ensure smooth and efficient data flow. Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO) solutions for streamlined access to all applications. Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot to maintain optimal portal functionality. Develop collaboration tools within the portal and provide comprehensive training to users for effective utilization. Lead and manage a team of SAP EP specialists, providing guidance and support for professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Maintain documentation of all configurations and customizations made to the SAP EP environment. Stay updated with the latest SAP EP technologies and best practices to enhance system capabilities. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure portal solutions meet evolving business needs and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in SAP Enterprise Portal (EP) management and customization. Proven track record of successful SAP EP implementations and integrations. Strong experience in connecting SAP EP with both SAP and non-SAP systems. Expertise in implementing single sign-on (SSO) solutions. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in Enterprise Portal. Experience in managing SAP EP projects in a global or multi-regional context. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
