Expectations are high, and the rewards match the journey.We’re hiring aGraphic Designerto join our growth team — someone who understands that great design isn’t just about aesthetics, but a powerful business lever.The role:-Visual Design:Create compelling designs for digital platforms including social media, marketing campaigns, blogs, landing pages, in-app creatives, presentations, banners, and more.-Brand Consistency:Maintain and evolve ArihantPlus’ visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.-Growth & Marketing Support:Collaborate with growth, content, product, and marketing teams to design assets that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversions.-Creative Execution:Translate complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing graphics that users love to interact with.-Campaign Design:Design creatives for product launches, performance marketing ads, emailers, webinars, and special initiatives.-Iteration & Optimization:Use feedback and performance insights to refine designs and improve visual effectiveness.-Collaboration:Work closely with content strategists, researchers, and product teams to bring ideas to life visually.You’ll fit right in if you have: 2–4 years of experiencein graphic design (fintech/finance experience is a big plus) Strong command of design toolslike Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (motion skills are a bonus) Ability to visualize data, charts, and financial concepts in a clean, user-friendly way A creative mindset with a strong sense of layout, color, typography, and hierarchy High attention to detail and commitment to quality Strategic thinking — you understand how design supports business and growth goals Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentLocation:Indore
