The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, assisting them in selecting appropriate programs, and providing superior customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with candidates, responding to inquiries, explaining program details, supporting application processes, and meeting enrollment goals. The role also requires engaging with prospective students to promote UniAthena’s programs.QualificationsStrong interpersonal communication and general communication skills to effectively interact with potential students and team members.Customer service and sales skills to help guide students through the application and enrollment process.Familiarity with the education sector or prior experience working in academic admissions is desirable.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently in an on-site environment.
