We are building something that will matter.The Role — Head of GrowthYou will own the entire commercial engine of Quantility AI.Business development, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, account expansion, and the go-to-market architecture that takes us from our current client base to ₹10 crore, ₹50 crore, and beyond.You will work directly alongside the founder on every significant decision. No layers. No bureaucracy. No waiting for approvals that slow everything down.You will represent Quantility AI to enterprise buyers CHROs, CROs, and CEOs at companies doing ₹100 crore to ₹2,000 crore in revenue. You will have those conversations, build those relationships, and convert them into long-term client engagements.As the firm grows, you will build the team beneath you.What This RequiresThis is not a role for someone between jobs who needs income security while figuring out their next move.This is a role for someone who has spent years operating in enterprise sales or consulting who has the credibility to walk into a C-suite conversation, the intellectual depth to hold it, and the commercial instinct to convert it and who has been waiting for the right opportunity to stop building someone else's firm and start building their own.You likely have:→ 8 to 15 years in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting selling to C-suite buyers at large or mid-market organisations → A track record of winning and growing significant client relationships not inherited accounts, but deals you opened, nurtured, and closed yourself → The credibility and presence to represent a high-quality consulting brand to the most senior decision-makers → An existing network in one or more of our core verticals — financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, or FMCG → The intellectual curiosity to engage seriously with our work on AI strategy, sales transformation, talent development, and business resilience → And critically — the entrepreneurial conviction to build without a salary safety net, because you believe in what you are building enough not to need oneWhat You Will Own — and EarnThere is no base salary in this role.In its place, you will receive:Equity stake in Quantility AI — a meaningful ownership position in a firm we intend to build to significant scale.
