Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who wants to make a real difference in students’ lives. You will join a dynamic international team and be responsible for converting inquiries from students interested in studying abroad — including the UK, France, Australia, USA, Germany, Dubai, and other key destinations.Your role will involve converting student inquiries into applications and ultimately enrolments to our global partner universities and institutions.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound leads from students who have registered for or attended our eventsContact students via phone, email, and messaging platformsConduct face-to-face counselling sessions where requiredAssess academic background and eligibility of enquiries/applicationsAdvise students on suitable study options based on academic profile and financial suitabilityAttend education events (domestic and overseas)Plan and execute recruitment trips in target marketsProcess applications to partner institutions (Direct, UCAS, Online portals, or country-specific systems)Manage your student application portfolio through regular follow-upForecast your application pipeline through CRM up to final enrolment stage for the operations team and partner institutionsLiaise with the Visa & Compliance Team to ensure ethical and compliant conversionsSelf-manage and motivate to maintain strong student relationships throughout the cycleWork towards targets and collaborate with the conversion team to achieve and exceed goalsApply effective conversion techniques to meet enrolment targetsEnsure fast and timely responses to maximise conversion ratesLiaise with partner universities in a professional and timely mannerUnderstand entry requirements for studying in the UK, France, Australia, USA, Germany, Dubai, and other destinations (training provided)Understand different admissions policies of partner institutions across multiple countries (training provided)Work effectively within a team environmentDemonstrate cultural awareness when working with students, colleagues, and partners from diverse backgrounds
