Position: R&D ExecutiveLocation: Badlapur, MumbaiType: Full-timeWork Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM to 5:30 PMExperience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Admixtures R&D team (Mandatory).CTC Budget: Up to 4.5 to 5 LPAAbout the RoleThe R&D Executive will be responsible for conducting site trials across India for construction chemical admixtures, ensuring proper execution and performance validation at customer locations.ResponsibilitiesConduct site trials across India for construction chemical admixtures, ensuring proper execution and performance validation at customer locations.Coordinate with clients, contractors, RMC plants, and technical teams during trial execution.Monitor and document on-site performance parameters, collect data, and prepare detailed technical trial reports.Analyze field performance results and recommend formulation improvements or corrective actions.Lead and support new product development initiatives within the admixtures segment.Contribute to formulation development, optimization, and standardization within the admixtures R&D function.Work closely with Production, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure successful product approvals and commercialization.Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records in compliance with ISO and internal quality systems.Provide technical troubleshooting and application support at project sites.QualificationsB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in an Admixtures R&D team (Mandatory).Required SkillsStrong understanding of construction chemical admixtures and field performance parameters.Willingness to travel extensively across India for site trials and customer interactions.Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.Good communication skills and confidence in handling technical site discussions.Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Flexible and willing to work beyond standard hours depending on site trial schedules and project requirements.Preferred SkillsCandidates with strong field exposure and a growth-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
