A Law Graduate with CS highly desirable Experience Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in the IFSC, SEZ & Labour Compliances.Strong familiarity with:IFSC GuidelinesSEZ Act & Rules, Customs Act, Foreign Trade Policy and FTDR.Gujarat Shops and Establishments Act, Contract Labour & Other Central / State Labour Laws. Key Responsibilities:Maintain the Operations in Compliance with IFSC guidelines.Handle SEZ Compliances like preparation and filing of APR (Annual Progress Report), Renewal of LOAs, bonding and de-bonding of premises, execution of BLUTs, represent company in UAC Meetings.Annual renewal of RCMC & IEC.Manage smooth flow of SEZ Operations & transactions like BoE, DTA Sale, DTA Procurement, DSPF (DTA Services Procurement Form), Softex, IDPMS, EDPMS, Re-exports, Temporary Removal approvals, Zone to Zone Transfers, RMA etc.Independently able to manage CHA and respective SEZ & Port Customs Authorities.Liaison with Government Authorities, like State & Central Labour Department & Employees' State Insurance (ESI) Authorities, Development Commissioner Office & SEZ Customs Authorities.Conduct Vendor Compliance Audits and attend Clients Labour Compliance AuditsEnsure timely and accurate filing of: Various Labour Returns, Registrations, Exemptions applicable for IT/ITES EstablishmentsGenerate ESI Numbers.MIS Reporting as per Managements requirement.Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in local languageExcellent English drafting and pleading skills Sound understanding of IFSC compliances.Good Knowledge of SEZ regulations, both Central and State and ability to liaise with Customs / SEZ Officials.Strong understanding of Labour law frameworks and statutory obligations.Skillful in MS Office, particularly Excel work sheets & PPT.Understanding of SEZ Online & DGFT Portal.
