Opportunity to lead QSE for a greenfield manufacturing plant High-visibility role with end-to-end ownership of the QSE function About Our Client Our client is a globally recognized multinational organization with a strong footprint in manufacturing and consumer products. Known for its robust governance, compliance standards, and long-term investments, the organization is currently expanding its operations through a new greenfield facility in India. Job Description Lead the entire QSE vertical for the manufacturing plant Establish and implement quality and environmental management systems Drive compliance with statutory, regulatory, and certification requirements (Pollution Control, FSSAI, ISO, etc.) Manage external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections Act as the key interface with regulatory bodies and external agencies Build, lead, and develop a small QSE team Support plant leadership during setup, commissioning, and stabilization phases The Successful Applicant Strong background in Quality and/or Environment (safety experience is not mandatory ) Experience in pharma, chemicals, or process-driven manufacturing environments Exposure to audit functions, certifications, or compliance roles (, third-party audits, consulting, or certification bodies) Understanding of regulatory frameworks, approvals, and statutory compliance 2-3 years of people leadership experience Comfortable working on fixed-term, project-based assignments
