The Successful Applicant A successful Head SCM should have: A degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Proven expertise in procurement and supply chain management of steel. Strong leadership skills to manage and guide a diverse team effectively. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of machining and stamping processes is preferred. Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools. Commitment to maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
