1.Responsible for leading the Engineering team in detail engineering (Mechanical + E&I), development activities for pulverisers and related systems. - Allocate workloads, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. - Manage engineering deliverables for assigned projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. - Coordinate with production, quality, procurement, and service teams to resolve technical issues. 2.Review Tender documents / enquiries: Main Projects & Spares (OEM & Non-OEM). 3.Cost Estimation & Offer: Main Project, Spares (OEM/Non-OEM Mills). 4.Detail Engineering of Main Projects and Spare Order. - Continuous Design Optimization through Value Engineering. - 3D modelling & drawing development. - FE Analysis through ANSYS. - Prepare Technical specifications inline to Manufacturing strategy. - Develop Drawings for Non-OEM enquiries with Reverse Engineering. terface Documents Finalization with respective department & co-ordination with technology partner. teraction with Client for resolution of technical matters at pre & post order stages. 7.Customer Approval of all Mill related documents. 8.Review and Approve Vendor Document of various Bought-out items. 9.Review of Deviations reported during Inspection / manufacturing at Vendor / shop. 10.Support SCM for Vendor development, technical offer evaluation & Order execution. 11.Facilitate Site Support Team for all technical matters and resolution of Site issues. 12.Ensure proper documentation control and version management as per ISO 9001.
