Job Description Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly Protect the Intellectual Property Adhere to all the policies and procedures Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP/SF modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Design, configuration and testing in various SAP SF Modules: EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc. Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients Carry out complex or novel assignments Essential Skills Job Must possess min of 1-3 yrs of experience in SAP SF EC or minimum of 1 implementation and support project Minimum One -Life cycle implementation of any SF modules i.e., EC, PMGM, RM, on boarding, Succession Development, LMS Etc. is must Certification in any of the SF modules is must Should have strong functional knowledge of the system Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines Must be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills Personal Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure The candidate must have strong work ethics and trustworthiness  The candidate should work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity Must be highly collaborative and team oriented with commitment to excellence Ability to work under pressure to achieve the multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables, with a mature approach Preferred Skills Job SFECP or SAP HR payroll exp will be an added advantage Good knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors solution framework, ASAP and ACTIVATE methodologies The candidate should have a good problem-solving approach Must be good in Microsoft Office (Advanced) Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to operate independently Personal Demonstrate proactive thinking Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions  Other Relevant Information We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, age, disability status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
