Oversee the development of innovative solutions to meet client and market requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D projects into manufacturing processes. Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and risk assessments for new initiatives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all R&D activities. Monitor and evaluate the performance of R&D projects against set objectives. Stay updated on technological advancements and trends in the automotive industry. Provide strategic direction for long-term R&D goals and initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Head of R&D should have: A / PhD degree in Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, or Surface Coating Technology Track record of taking products from concept → pilot → scale-up → market launch. Prior exposure to global markets / MNCs will be preferred. Strong knowledge of product development and process optimization Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
