ReactJS Developer Experience : 3–5 Years Experience Location : Ahmedabad  Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer with 3–5 years of experience to build high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end fundamentals, experience working with APIs, and the ability to collaborate closely with backend and design teams. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive and high-quality web applications using React.js Build reusable components and front-end libraries Optimize applications for performance and scalability Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and follow best practices Debug and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues Collaborate with backend developers and DevOps teams Ensure application security and data protection Required Skills 3–5 years of hands-on experience with React.js Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Experience with Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle State management experience (Redux / Zustand / Recoil or similar) Experience consuming REST APIs Familiarity with Git version control Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Basic understanding of performance optimization Good to Have Experience with Next.js TypeScript knowledge Familiarity with testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library) Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments Basic Node.js understanding Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills Attention to detail Good communication and teamwork Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory) What We Offer Competitive salary Flexible work environment Learning and growth opportunities Collaborative team culture
