Position: Finance Associate Director / Senior Manager – Accounting, Compliance, Taxation & FP&ADepartment: FinanceLocation: HyderabadReports to: VP – Global FinanceRole OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Finance leader to oversee Accounting, Compliance, and Financial Planning & Analysis for our India and US entities. This role will drive financial governance, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making and business growth.The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting fundamentals with strategic FP&A expertise, ensuring accurate books, robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, and data-driven profitability management.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & ComplianceManage end-to-end accounting including GL, AP, AR, payroll accounting, and month-end/year-end closures.Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, transfer pricing compliance, and regulatory reporting.Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, MCA filings, and other statutory compliances.Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.Ensure financial reporting compliance under Indian GAAP and exposure to US GAAP (preferred).Drive automation and process improvements within finance operations.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.Prepare monthly MIS reports, executive dashboards, and variance analysis.Analyze revenue, margins, customer profitability, utilization, and cost structures across business units.Partner with delivery and sales teams to improve forecast accuracy and profitability.Provide leadership with scenario analysis and data-backed financial insights.Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve financial performance.Improve reporting efficiency using tools such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.Support long-range financial planning and strategic initiatives.Required QualificationsCA / CPA (CPA preferred) / CMA10–18 years of progressive experience in Accounting, Compliance, and FP&A within the IT industryStrong exposure to Transfer Pricing, GST assessments, and statutory auditsAdvanced financial modeling and analytical capabilitiesExperience working closely with senior leadershipAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong hands-on experience with ZOHO and QuickBooks ERP systemsProven team management experience (5+ years)Key SkillsStrategic thinking and business acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detail and governance mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skillsLeadership and stakeholder managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
