Notes ****************************Experience Band - 3-5 YearsPosition name - CAD Designer (Wiring Harness) with CreoMust Have Skill - Creo schematics, 3D modeling, and Harness flattening.Interview Mode - F2FNotice Period - 15 Days/Immediate******************************ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Responsible to review and understand project requirement/ problem/design requirement· Creating C1 - C3 and above level Harness models and Drawings using Creo Cabling - Creo,Knowledge & usage of creo schematics· Wire, terminal, component selection.Adhering to Tier II governance and roadmap.· Define routing layout by understanding assembly and safety requirements and other manufacturing processes.· Ensure the design(s) developed meet the DFX and other DVP&R Attributes.· Verify subsystem design against DVP&R requirements at each verification phase.· Create sub system design concepts and evaluate the best one to move forward. Get guidance from Sr.Engineer/Team lead· Prepare & conduct subsystem design reviews and cross functional for gaining alignment at each build.· Work with suppliers for design discussions/ reviews at every significant event/ build and provide support for Engineering build/ manufacturing build.· Providing details to sample selection, follow-up & monitoring of sample preparation.· Develop PA test plan for sub system performance for build and testing.· Capture and reuse knowledge at each milestone and at the end of the project.· Deliver TCP and TCQ projects.· Design release, tracking issues and documenting key decisions.· Implement Architecture reuse Plan and Integration as per sub system strategy· Design documents (FMEA,Simulation plan, stackup plan,CPM), Issue and knowledge capture documentation(A3,8D,design guides)· Projects Delivery On time, Cost, Quality.· Proficient in CN release using windchill.
