Salesforce Project ManagerLocation: RemoteEngagement Type: Contract (6–12 Months)Experience Required: 10–20 Years Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level Salesforce programs in a global delivery model. The ideal candidate will have strong project/delivery management experience, excellent stakeholder coordination skills, and proven expertise in managing hypercare and testing phases across distributed teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project and delivery management for global Salesforce programs.Coordinate closely with onshore Project Managers, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external vendors.Manage hypercare phases including issue triage, prioritization, resolution tracking, and detailed status reporting.Facilitate SIT and UAT activities, ensuring timely defect tracking and resolution.Oversee day-to-day execution, manage project dependencies, and drive follow-ups across distributed teams.Ensure smooth collaboration within offshore delivery models, including effective time-zone overlap and handoffs.Provide clear, concise, and structured reporting to onshore stakeholders.Maintain high attention to detail and accountability for delivery commitments.Work effectively within Agile or hybrid delivery environments.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in project or delivery management within large-scale, enterprise environments.Strong experience working in global delivery models.Hands-on exposure to Salesforce project implementations or enhancements.Experience managing hypercare support and post-go-live stabilization.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.Key CompetenciesLeadership & OwnershipRisk & Issue ManagementStakeholder CommunicationTesting & Defect ManagementGlobal Team CoordinationDelivery Governance
