Delivery Manager Location – Pune (WFO) Experience – 10+Years Role OverviewAs a Delivery Manager, you will lead and manage project delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Delivery ManagementLead and manage project delivery teams, setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectationsDevelop and execute project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management plansEnsure project deliverables meet client requirements within agreed timelines and budgetsManage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasksMonitor and manage project financials, including margins and profitability (especially for Fixed Price projects)Ensure adherence to delivery standards, industry best practices, policies, and proceduresDrive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processesClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary client interface for delivery-related communicationManage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfactionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutioning, and DeliveryOperational & Governance ResponsibilitiesIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure compliance with IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)Ensure effective status reporting and governance adherenceSupervise and mentor onsite staffCoordinate with Practice teams for POCs and demosPractice & Pre-Sales ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-sales through solution design and proof of concepts (POCs)Assist in end-to-end Data Engineering and BI landscape designContribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for the practiceTechnical & Domain ExpertiseStrong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesExperience working with Cloud & Data Platforms:AWS / AzureSnowflakeDatabricksExperience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologiesKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Margins & ProfitabilityRevenue & UtilizationStaffing & Resource ManagementQuality & CSAT / ESATProject Timelines & Budget AdherenceTime Entry & ComplianceInvoicing & Revenue Leakage ControlPerformance Management & AppraisalsProposal Support & Joint Practice Accountability
