Job PurposeEnsure the merchants assigned in the geography deliver the GMV targeted by constantly transacting using Benow application. To ensure that Benow is the No.1 or No.2 payment solution provider for Affordability transactions across all merchants assignedRole and Responsibility:To visit assigned merchants as per beat plan and report on daily basis.Build and maintain good working relationship with merchants assigned, that fosters sales.Engage and train merchants & promoters on Benow application.Meet the Activation, Transaction targets thereby achieving GMV targetsTo communicate and drive marketing initiatives and schemes offered by Bank/Brands and Benow to the merchants.Interact with Immediate manager and internal teams for merchant’s issue resolution.Gather market intelligence & share with Sales LeadersEducational QualificationGraduate from a reputed premier College – Commerce or BBA graduates ONLYSkills and experience:EssentialAt least 2-3 years of hard core field experience (hunting or farming) in B2B businesses in an individual contributor or Team Lead role with the below skillsetsGreat Interpersonal SkillsVery strong Communication skills – Including Spoken EnglishHighly Confident & AssertiveAmbitious & Self DrivenGood negotiator – understands numbers easily and has sharp commercial acumenWilling to travel extensively across the state
