What Youll Be Doing (position summary): The Team Member RLS Campaigns is responsible for processing Retail Banking and Mortgage applications, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within defined Service Level Metrics The role supports superior customer service by maintaining high standards of productivity and compliance with company policies and process changes At CIBC India we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. How Youll Succeed (responsibilities): Consistently meet or exceed Service Level Metrics (productivity, accuracy, timeliness) and process all applications within committed turnaround times (TAT) Achieve individual and team goals on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis Escalate operational issues promptly to supervisors for timely resolution Adhere to company policies, including Clean Desk and Information Security, and report any violations Stay updated with process changes Strive to achieve subject matter expertise within the team Assist team leads as required in their job functions Experience: 1+years of experience Who You Are (skills/qualifications): Must Have Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered 1+ years of experience in Retail Banking domain data processing Experience with Mortgage Originations Process (preferred) Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Good understanding of banking or financial services operations and processing requirements Typing speed of at least 20 wpm with a minimum accuracy of 90% Analytical and logical thinking abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team, under pressure, and in ambiguous situations Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational systems What CIBC India Offers: At CIBC India, your goals are a priority.
