Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Executive with strong ownership and a solid understanding of AI to drive outbound outreach across multiple Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). This is not a generic sales role—you’ll need to understand AI capabilities and clearly communicate their business impact.Responsibilities:Define and segment ICPs across target industriesPlan and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, events)Craft personalized messaging around AI use cases, automation, data transformation, and ROIGenerate qualified discovery meetings for leadershipQualify inbound leads and move them to booked meetingsMaintain CRM hygiene and track outreach metricsCollaborate with AI and marketing teams to refine positioningGather market feedback and competitive intelligenceKPIs:Qualified meetings booked per monthOutreach-to-meeting conversion ratePipeline value generatedAccount penetration within ICPsRequirements:3–5 years B2B sales experience (Tech / SaaS / AI services preferred)Understanding of AI concepts (LLMs, automation, computer vision, data pipelines, RAG, AI agents)Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into business outcomesCRM and outbound sales tool experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:Experience selling AI consulting or AI productsSelling to enterprise clientsStrong account research and strategic outreach planningIf you’re passionate about AI and sales, we’d love to hear from you!
