With operations across multiple verticals and Distribution as our core strength, we continue to grow by investing in people and technology.We are looking for a driven Techno-Commercial Associate to develop and expand the market for iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions from scratch in the Bangalore and Delhi region. This is a high-impact role combining technical expertise and business development to establish and grow the brand presence.Role DescriptionMeet System Integrators, Corporates, Consultants, and Builders to promote iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions.Present and position iPRO surveillance portfolio based on client requirements and project specifications.Conduct product presentations, arrange demonstrations, and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) at client locations.Develop and expand the market for iPRO CCTV and surveillance solutions from scratch in the assigned territory.Build strong relationships with System Integrators, Channel Partners, Consultants, and End Customers.Create strong brand awareness for iPRO through regular client visits, partner engagement, and technical discussions.Drive enterprise and channel business for iPRO surveillance solutions.Prepare techno-commercial proposals, solution designs, and follow up to close business opportunities.Who Are We Looking For?Candidate with prior experience in CCTV and surveillance industry.Experience working with brands such as Axis Communications, Hikvision, Dahua Technology, Bosch, or similar surveillance brands.Techno-Commercial professional with a balance of technical knowledge and sales experience.Experience in channel development, partner management, or enterprise sales is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of developing business independently.Enthusiastic, proactive, and open to learning and growth.Location- Bangalore and DelhiExperience required- 2+ Years
