Co-Founder (Operations & Growth – B2C Focus)We are seeking a seasoned, execution-driven leader to join as a Co-Founder and build a high-impact, scalable B2C venture. This role demands strategic depth, operational excellence, and strong ownership mindset.What We’re Looking For12–16 years of progressive leadership experience, including 6+ years in high-growth startups as a core operator or early team memberDeep expertise in Healthcare Operations, with strong understanding of P&L management, cost optimization, and business unit economicsProven track record in B2C startups (non-negotiable), with demonstrated ability to scale operations and drive sustainable growthDomain exposure across at least two of the following sectors: Healthcare, Real Estate, Financial Services, or TravelStrong customer advocacy mindset with hands-on experience in operations and/or financeDemonstrated leadership capability — ability to build teams, influence stakeholders, and create high-trust environmentsStrong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and second-order reasoning abilityDecisive, execution-oriented, and outcome-drivenPreferred QualificationsAcademic background from a top-tier institution (IIT, NIT, IIM, or other reputed institutes)Fundraising experience and investor engagement exposurePrior NRI experience (strong plus)Willingness to invest capital in the venture (strong plus)Mindset & CommitmentHigh level of self-awareness and openness to diverse perspectivesEmotional and financial stability to operate with full ownership and “skin in the game”Willingness to work for equity ownership and commit deeply for the next 8–12 months during the build phaseThis is not just a leadership role — it is a long-term ownership opportunity to build and scale a category-defining venture with meaningful equity participation.
