Project Manager Digital & Data Location: Hyderabad Support Center Department: Technology PMO Reports to: Manager Technology PMO Position Summary: We are seeking a tenacious, action-oriented Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital and data initiatives. This role requires a strong bias for action , a high degree of ownership, and the ability to move work forward in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, outcome-focused, and accountable for delivery not just coordination. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of digital and data-focused projects , from planning through execution and closeout Translate ambiguous objectives into clear plans, milestones, and actions Drive momentum by proactively removing blockers, managing dependencies, and addressing risks early Demonstrate tenacity in execution , pushing through obstacles to ensure commitments are met Partner closely with technology, data, product, and business stakeholders to deliver outcomes Monitor progress, risks, and issues; escalate with clear recommendations and next steps Provide concise, actionable status updates to stakeholders and leadership Hold self and teams accountable for timelines, quality, and results. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience Experience delivering digital, data, or technology initiatives Proven track record of driving execution in complex or ambiguous environments Demonstrated bias for action and ownership mindset Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data platforms, analytics, or digital product delivery Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery methodologies Experience working in matrixed organizations Key Competencies: Tenacious execution: Persistent, resilient, and focused on outcomes Bias for action: Moves work forward without waiting for perfect information Ownership: Takes accountability for delivery and results Attention to detail: Maintains command of scope, risks, and dependencies Influence: Builds alignment across teams and stakeholders
