Partner Enablement/Learning ConsultantAbout SureSkillsSureSkills is a global edtech services company partnering with leading technology organizations including Google, AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Coursera, and Databricks.We design and deliver immersive, hands-on technical education programs that help organizations build real-world skills and drive measurable growth.As a Partner Learning Consultant (LC), you will work closely with Databricks partners — advising business and technical leaders on how to design and execute learning strategies aligned to their growth goals.This role sits at the intersection of:Partner strategyTechnical enablementBusiness consultingLearning transformationYour success will depend on your ability to influence senior stakeholders, connect learning initiatives to business outcomes, and drive measurable ROI through structured enablement programs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive partner needs analysis (business + technical + learning)Engage senior stakeholders in consultative, outcome-focused conversationsDesign strategic learning plans aligned to partner KPIs and Databricks prioritiesPrescribe learning paths and certifications (Data Engineer, ML, Architect, etc.)Segment learner audiences and build tailored learning journeysCollaborate cross-functionally with enablement, technical, and operations teamsTrack and analyze program performance (enrolment, completion, certifications, ROI)Present data-driven business reviews to internal and external stakeholdersProactively address engagement risks and program gapsDrive continuous improvement across the partner enablement lifecycleWhat We’re Looking For5+ years’ experience in partner enablement, L&D consulting, or business-facing advisory rolesStrong consultative mindset with commercial awarenessAbility to connect learning strategy to measurable business impactExecutive presence and experience influencing senior stakeholdersData-driven decision-making skillsComfortable discussing cloud, data, and AI conceptsHighly collaborative, proactive, and results-orientedPreferred ExperienceExperience working with partner ecosystems or channel sales teamsExposure to Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsCertifications in cloud or data platformsExperience using LMS platforms and analytics/visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks SQL)
