Job Title: Bid ManagerExperience: 10+ yearsLocation: Bangalore / ChennaiJob Type: Individual Contributor (IC) RoleFunction: Pre-Sales / Bid Management / SolutioningSenior Bid Manager - JDWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end bid processes for App Dev/Support and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, solutioning, pricing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality proposals that align with customer requirements and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.Work with sales and account teams to understand client requirements, deal strategy, and win themes.Coordinate with solution architects, pricing, delivery, and legal teams to develop compelling proposals.Own the proposal documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, presentations, executive summaries, commercials).Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and compliance checklists to ensure on-time and quality submissions.Conduct storyboarding and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations.Ensure proposals clearly articulate value proposition, differentiators, and competitive positioning.Track and report bid progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management.Maintain and continuously improve a knowledge repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and templates.Support oral defense preparations, including pitch materials, rehearsals, and executive briefings.Qualifications & Skills:Experience in bid/proposal management with experience in managing App Dev/Support/Migration support, digital transformation and infrastructure deals.Strong understanding of IT services, infrastructure, cloud, and digital solutions.Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.Strong business writing and communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
