Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain pricing structures for freight, warehousing, and value-added logistics servicesPrepare accurate cost models considering carrier rates, fuel, surcharges, handling, and operational costsAnalyse margins and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitabilityMaintain rate cards and pricing databasesManage RFQs, RFPs, and tenders from customers and prospectsCoordinate tender responses across operations, procurement, and sales teamsEnsure timely submission of competitive and compliant bidsReview contract terms, SLAs, and commercial conditionsMaintain tender documentation and bid success metricsMonitor market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricingConduct win/loss analysis on tendersIdentify opportunities for pricing optimization and process improvementPartner with Sales to support customer negotiations and deal structuringProvide pricing guidance and approval for special or non-standard dealsSupport onboarding of new contracts with clear pricing and SOPsQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business/or any similar stream, minimumMinimum 5+ years of experience in logistics pricing, tender management, or commercial rolesStrong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, or 3PL cost structuresExperience handling RFQs/RFPs and contract pricingAdvanced Excel skills; pricing or tender management systems experience preferredExperience with global tenders and key accountsKnowledge of Incoterms, trade lanes, and multimodal logisticsExposure to pricing tools, BI dashboards, or ERP systemsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and numerical skillsExcellent attention to detail and deadline managementCommercial acumen with negotiation support experienceAbility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills
