Job Title: Demand Generation & Campaign ManagerLocation: Pune / On-siteRole Overview:This role is responsible for owning and scaling our demand generation engine, designing high-performing nurture workflows, and managing marketing vendors to support pipeline and revenue growth. You will combine strategy, execution, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver predictable lead flow and campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:1. Demand Generation Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute ROI-driven demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, and events.- Build scalable nurture programs that improve lead quality, accelerate funnel progression, and strengthen conversion rates.- Partner with Sales/SDR teams to ensure alignment on ICP, lead scoring, qualification criteria, and pipeline impact.- Own funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) with continuous testing and optimization.2. Campaign Management & Operations- Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.- Create and maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and automation sequences.- Use A/B testing and behavioral insights to refine messaging, segmentation, and engagement.3. Vendor & Agency Management- Manage external vendors/agencies for paid marketing, creative, content, analytics, and automation.- Evaluate vendor effectiveness, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLAs, quality benchmarks, and deadlines are consistently met.- Identify new vendor opportunities that can improve efficiency and campaign performance.4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like HubSpot, GA4, and reporting dashboards.- Deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership on channel performance, CAC efficiency, funnel health, and ROI.- Recommend improvements based on data trends and learning loops.5. Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization- Build and refine marketing processes to drive operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and strengthen cross-team collaboration.- Introduce automation, standardized templates, and dashboards to improve repeatability and scale.6. Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Management- Work closely with Product, Sales, CX, and Content teams to ensure campaigns align with business priorities.- Contribute to a high-performance culture by sharing best practices, playbooks, and performance learnings.Key Skills & Qualifications:- 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to demand generation and lifecycle marketing.- Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot/Marketo) and CRM systems.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into decisions.- Proven ability to manage external vendors and ensure high-quality output.- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.- A test-and-learn mindset with experience running experiments to improve performance.Metrics:- Consistent increase in qualified pipeline driven by campaigns.- Improved conversion rates across nurture flows and funnel stages.- Vendor performance measured against SLA, quality, and cost efficiency.- On-time, on-budget, high-quality campaign execution.- Reliable reporting and insights delivered to leadership.How to Apply:We want to hear from you!
