We believe in empowering our customers with science-backed skincare solutions, and we’re looking for a hands-on hustler who can juggle production, styling, and a dash of creative design.Brand: Summary: As the Production Associate Manager we are seeking someone creative from putting together looks for shoots, to making sure production runs like clockwork, to occasionally whipping up cool graphics this role is perfect for someone who loves being in the middle of all things creative and execution and refining designs while collaborating with cross functional teams and staying updated on industry trends. Key Responsibilities:Own shoot production end-to-end with vendors, props, logistics, the works.Style products/looks for shoots that reflect our brand vibe.Get creative: mood boards, quick edits, social media creatives when needed.Keep timelines and budgets in check (while keeping the fun alive).Collaborate with photographers, models, and the team to bring ideas to life.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand’s style, tone, and messaging.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content.Make and shoot content as required. Qualifications:Education: A bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Creative or a related field preferred.Experience: 3- 5 years proven experience as production/styling/creative roles, preferably in the beauty, luxury, skincare or products industry. Someone super organized but also super creative.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the brandPassion for skincare, beauty, and wellness Skills:Basic design chops (Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva — whatever you vibe with).Loves fashion, aesthetics, and storytelling through visuals.Comfortable wearing many hats (sometimes literally).Excellent storytelling skills and creative thinking.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
