Drive adoption ofautomation-first and reliability-first practices, including CI/CD, IaC, and SRE disciplines. Establish and governDevOps and SRE practices, including SLOs, incident management, change management, and postmortems. Overseesecurity architecture and design reviews, ensuring secure-by-design implementation across platforms. GuideAI and ML usage within security automation, including governance, risk awareness, and compliance alignment. Set and enforcecloud platform standards across AWS and Azure (architecture, IAM, cost, IaC). Track and communicatedelivery, reliability, and security KPIs with transparency and accountability. Collaborate withproduct, cybersecurity, cloud, and compliance stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business needs. Foster a culture ofengineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. What Youll Bring: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, software engineering, or platform engineering roles. 3+ years of people management experience, leading and scaling technical teams. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience delivering and operatingcloud-native, security-critical platforms. Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, includingidentity, development, DevOps, and automation. Hands-on familiarity withAWS and / or Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code. Experience managingSRE practices, including incident response, SLOs, and operational reviews. Ability to balancetechnical depth, delivery accountability, people leadership, and stakeholder communication. Strong communication skills to translatetechnical execution into clear business outcomes.
