We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong hands-on experience in immigration filings to support our global mobility and compliance needs.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end immigration filings for US and other geographies (H1B, L1, B1/B2, extensions, amendments, PERM coordination, etc.).Prepare and review visa petitions, RFEs, documentation, and compliance records.Coordinate with external immigration attorneys/vendors and internal stakeholders (HR, TAG, Delivery, Finance).Support employee onboarding/offboarding from an immigration and compliance standpoint.Maintain accurate immigration trackers, case status reports, and documentation.Ensure adherence to immigration laws, timelines, and internal compliance standards.Assist with audits, policy updates, and process improvements related to global mobility.Provide guidance to employees on visa processes, documentation, and timelines.Required Skills & QualificationsLLB (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university.Hands-on experience in immigration filing (preferably US immigration – H1B, L1, RFEs, extensions).Strong knowledge of immigration processes, documentation, and compliance.Experience working with US immigration vendors/attorneys (e.g., Fragomen, BAL, etc.) is a plus.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in US shift coordination and manage multiple cases in parallel.Prior experience in IT services / consulting organizations preferred.
