About Yonder OneYonder One is part of a privately backed international business group operating across hospitality, real estate, finance, marketing, and technology.With 500+ professionals globally, the group supports commercial, operational, technology, marketing, finance, and customer experience functions across regions.Yonder One India is the India-based entity of Yonder One Global, responsible for operating and scaling the group’s hospitality, customer experience, and business operations teams.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled Reservationist with excellent spoken English and strong familiarity with the US accent to support the group’s US-based short-term vacation rental portfolio.This is a remote role based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to confidently engage with international guests while delivering outstanding guest experiences.Reservationists at Yonder play a critical role in managing guest interactions, reservations, and coordination across multiple property brands, directly impacting revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage guest inquiries, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations across multiple hospitality brands.Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.Handle guest concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and effective problem-solving.Coordinate with internal teams and property partners to ensure seamless guest experiences.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation workflows and overall guest experience.Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Perform additional related duties as required to support operations.Key CompetenciesFluent spoken English with a clear voice and strong US accent familiarity (mandatory).Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Experience working with reservation systems, PMS tools, or CRM platforms.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.Proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest service.Qualifications & ExperienceSkillsExceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence and clarity while interacting with US-based customers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).AbilitiesAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, software, and processes.Strong attention to detail and follow-through.ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience in customer service, BPO, hotels, or vacation rentals serving US clients (strongly preferred).Prior experience in reservations, hospitality operations, or sales is an added advantage.Additional DetailsWork Location: Remote (India)Shift: Night shift aligned with US time zonesCompensation: ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum (based on experience)Education: Skills, experience, communication ability, and voice quality are valued more than formal degreesIf you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to deliver a smooth guest experience, we invite you to apply.
