This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, content strategy, and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate understands short-form content deeply, works with speed, and can maintain creative consistency while delivering high-volume outputs. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to conceptualize, source, and execute UGC-style ads with creators with fast turnaround time (TAT) and strong performance intent.Key Responsibilities1. Creator Sourcing & OutreachIdentify and build a scalable database of UGC creators across Instagram and other relevant platforms.Daily outreach to creators via Instagram DMs, email, and other communication channels.Build relationships with nano, micro, and mid-tier creators.Maintain a structured creator database with pricing, niche, availability, and performance history.Continuously expand the creator pool to ensure scalability.2. UGC Ad Production (Performance Focused)Coordinate UGC ad production aligned with performance marketing briefs.Ensure creators follow script guidelines, hooks, pacing, and performance-driven structures.Drive fast TAT for content delivery.Maintain creative consistency across batches of ads.Ensure variations in hooks, angles, and messaging for testing.3. Performance Marketing CollaborationWork closely with performance marketing managers to:Understand winning hooks and ad anglesProduce multiple iterations for A/B testingScale successful creator formatsAdapt scripts based on CAC, CTR, ROAS feedback.Create a repeatable system for high-performing UGC production.4. Creative Quality ControlReview submitted videos for:Ad complianceAudio clarityHook strengthBrand alignmentMessaging accuracyProvide structured feedback to creators.Ensure content matches brand tone and performance objectives.5. Process & System BuildingBuild SOPs for:Creator onboardingScript handoverVideo submission processRevision cyclesTrack creator timelines and ensure delivery discipline.Maintain documentation of creatives, results, and insights.Optimize cost vs output efficiency.6.
