Telesales Executive - Lead Generation & Client Outreach Skyline Advertisers Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 2 years About the Role: Skyline Advertisers is seeking a confident and results-driven full-time Telesales Executive to lead client outreach efforts and effectively promote our advertising solutions within a target-focused environment. What You'll Do: Make outbound calls to potential clients from databases Introduce Skyline Advertisers services for newspaper ad placements (display ads, tenders, legal notices, UFR’s, IPO’s, premium page releases etc.) Present rate cards, advertising packages and release schedules, offering guidance on the best ad solutions for clients Identify client needs and generate qualified leads Negotiate pricing within company guidelines Schedule virtual and in-person meetings with prospects Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and closures Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects Follow up with leads to ensure meeting confirmations and conversions What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in any field Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, media sales or advertising sales Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Confident, persuasive and result-oriented personality Basic understanding of newspaper advertising formats and release processes Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Why Work with Skyline?
