Company Description Founded in 2010 and based in Mumbai, YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) is a registered charity dedicated to fostering human-animal co-existence and reducing animal cruelty. The organization provides medical services for injured or abandoned animals, behavioral rehabilitation, and shelters for homeless or elderly animals until they are fit for adoption or release. YODA also implements vaccination and sterilization programs to mitigate stray animal populations and combat human-animal transmittable diseases, such as rabies. Additionally, YODA emphasizes education and awareness to promote empathy and compassion towards animals. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Accounts & MIS Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing financial records, day to day accounts, tax, preparing and analysing management information system (MIS) reports, handling budgets, and overseeing data-related processes, preparing utilisation certificates, handling donors. The role involves the management of analytical and financial data to optimise decision-making. Collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with organisational policies is vital.
