Role Description This is a full-time, remote Artificial Intelligence Engineer role. The responsibilities include designing and implementing AI models, developing and optimizing algorithms, applying machine learning techniques for various healthcare IT applications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enable innovation within the organization. The role primarily involves working on technologies like natural language processing, speech recognition, pattern recognition, and neural networks to enhance healthcare solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks to develop advanced AI solutions Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development for building robust applications Experience working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition technologies is a MUST. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and an understanding of their use cases is advantageous Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic environment Qualifications Strong skills in Speech Recognition and Neural Networks Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies Strong skills working with various LLMs Training LLMs on custom datasets especially in medical field AI technical skills in document creation, summarization Deploying LLMs in high-performance environments Strong skills in API development Skilled researcher wtith a passion to learn and innovate Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in a remote setting Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
