Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain pricing structures for freight, warehousing, and value-added logistics services Prepare accurate cost models considering carrier rates, fuel, surcharges, handling, and operational costs Analyse margins and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitability Maintain rate cards and pricing databases Manage RFQs, RFPs, and tenders from customers and prospects Coordinate tender responses across operations, procurement, and sales teams Ensure timely submission of competitive and compliant bids Review contract terms, SLAs, and commercial conditions Maintain tender documentation and bid success metrics Monitor market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricing Conduct win/loss analysis on tenders Identify opportunities for pricing optimization and process improvement Partner with Sales to support customer negotiations and deal structuring Provide pricing guidance and approval for special or non-standard deals Support onboarding of new contracts with clear pricing and SOPs Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business/or any similar stream, minimum Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics pricing, tender management, or commercial roles Strong understanding of freight forwarding, transportation, or 3PL cost structures Experience handling RFQs/RFPs and contract pricing Advanced Excel skills; pricing or tender management systems experience preferred Experience with global tenders and key accounts Knowledge of Incoterms, trade lanes, and multimodal logistics Exposure to pricing tools, BI dashboards, or ERP systems Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail and deadline management Commercial acumen with negotiation support experience Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills
