Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Lead Generation specialist to own and scale demand & lead gen across our B2B SaaS and consulting offerings, with a strong focus on volume, lead quality, and ROI. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, working closely with Sales, SEO, and Content teams to drive measurable pipeline impact through paid acquisition channels. This is a work-from-office role based in Mumbai. Role Objective Own and scale lead generation and demand generation across B2B SaaS and consulting offerings through paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on volume, quality, and ROI. Key Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across: - Google Search & Display - LinkedIn Ads - Retargeting platforms - Other relevant paid channels as required - Own the end-to-end lead generation and demand generation strategy - Drive lead volume while maintaining defined lead quality benchmarks - Collaborate with SEO and Content teams on landing page optimisation - Set up and manage tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Zoho CRM - Monitor conversion funnels, attribution models, and drop-offs - Run continuous A/B testing across ad creatives, copy, and landing pages - Work closely with Sales to align on ICP definition, lead quality, and pipeline impact - Monitor competitor activity and paid acquisition trends within B2B SaaS and consulting - Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance dashboards Key KPIs - Cost per Lead (CPL) - Number of qualified leads generated - Lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates - Campaign ROI - Lead quality feedback from Sales - Funnel performance and optimisation metrics Key Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition for B2B companies (SaaS and/or consulting/services) - Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads - Experience tracking and managing leads through a CRM (Zoho or similar) - Experience running paid campaigns across multiple B2B service lines - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Preferred Tools & Platforms - Google Ads - LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Google Analytics (GA4) - Google Tag Manager (GTM) - Zoho CRM Location & Work Model - Location: Mumbai - Work Model: Work from Office
