About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented personal assistant to support business operations as well as day-to-day coordination for the founder. The role involves working on Ginesys ERP/POS, managing Shopify backend operations, and handling routine personal and business tasks. This role requires strong follow-up skills, comfort with systems, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities smoothly. Key Responsibilities ERP / POS Operations - Create and manage sales orders, invoices, GRNs, and stock transfers - Maintain and update inventory, pricing, and item masters - Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and accounts teams for data accuracy - Prepare basic reports such as sales, stock, and pending orders - Ensure timely updates and clean data in Ginesys Shopify Backend Management - Manage online orders, cancellations, refunds, and fulfillment status - Upload and update products, prices, inventory, and images - Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for dispatch - Track daily online sales and flag issues proactively - Assist with basic backend website tasks (no coding required) Business & Personal Assistance - Manage calendars, reminders, follow-ups, and task tracking - Coordinate meetings, calls, and vendor or customer follow-ups - Handle documentation, data entry, and file organization - Support ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth daily operations - Act as a coordination point between different teams Skills & Requirements - Prior experience with ERP - Hands-on experience with Shopify backend - Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets - Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail - Clear written and verbal communication - Ability to multitask and manage priorities - Trustworthy, organized, and process-oriented Good to Have - Experience in apparel, retail, or D2C businesses - Basic understanding of inventory and order lifecycle - Familiarity with tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Drive, and task management tools What This Role Is / Is Not - High-ownership, high-visibility role - Mix of structured system work and dynamic daily tasks - Not a purely clerical or data-entry-only role - Not a sales or marketing role
