KEY RESPONSIBILTIES : 1.Campaign & Editorial Styling - Assist in styling campaigns, lookbooks, advertorials, and digital shoots, curating looks that align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic. - Select and coordinate garments, accessories, footwear, and props for brand campaigns and e-commerce shoots. - Ensure outfit cohesion and brand consistency across visual touchpoints. 2.Pre-Production & Concept Development - Support in creating mood boards, concept decks, and styling outlines for shoots and retail activations. - Research silhouettes, color palettes, and trend directions relevant to contemporary menswear. - Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure styling aligns with upcoming collections and campaign objectives. 3.Sourcing & Coordination - Source styling elements such as accessories, jewelry, footwear, props, and external brand collaborations for shoots. - Liaise with vendors, stylists, and PR partners to ensure timely availability and returns of sourced items. - Maintain vendor relationships and organize product loans, invoices, and returns in coordination with the styling and admin teams. 4.On-Set & Shoot Management - Support during fittings, trials, and shoot days — assisting with outfit prep, garment steaming, and ensuring styling accuracy on set. - Manage styling kits, outfit continuity, and wardrobe organization throughout shoots. - Coordinate with photographers, production teams, and models to ensure smooth execution. 5.Visual Merchandising & Store Styling - Contribute to in-store styling and mannequin curation, ensuring that visual displays mirror campaign aesthetics. - Support the retail and design teams in VM layout planning, collection roll-outs, and display updates. - Uphold the brand’s luxury presentation standards through meticulous garment placement and styling details. 6.Digital & Social Media Styling - Collaborate with the content and social media teams to conceptualize and style outfits for digital shoots, reels, influencer collaborations, and campaign teasers. - Ensure consistency between on-ground styling and digital brand storytelling. ventory & Wardrobe Management - Maintain records of samples, accessories, and borrowed pieces used across campaigns and store displays. - Ensure all garments are tracked, cleaned, and returned post-shoot in pristine condition. - Coordinate with vendors for garment sourcing, pickup, and drop logistics. 8.Trend Research & Brand Alignment - Stay updated on global and Indian menswear trends, fabrics, fits, and evolving styling sensibilities. - Present insights and moodboard concepts to align SDS’s styling vision with current and upcoming fashion directions. QUALIFICATIONS & PREREQUISITIES: - Strong fashion sensibility with an excellent eye for cuts, fabrics, color combinations, and accessories. - Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident working in a luxury fashion environment. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced creative setting. - Familiarity with menswear styling, luxury fashion brands, and shoot coordination. - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and creative tools (Canva, Figma, or Pinterest for concept decks). - Understanding of styling workflow, including fittings, sourcing, and vendor coordination. - Prior internship or hands-on experience in fashion styling, retail, or wardrobe management preferred. - Passion for fashion, visual storytelling, and design precision.
