Job Description

Role Purpose To manage and stabilize evolving HR Technology ecosystem during a phase of significant transformation, while progressively transitioning into a strategic HR Tech leadership role. The incumbent will handle day-to-day HR technology operations, vendor coordination, system integrations, and stabilization of new platforms. ______________ Key Responsibilities HR Technology Operations & Stabilization - Act as the single point of contact for HR technology platforms including: o New-age HCM platform o Outsourced payroll with integrated attendance & leave o Cornerstone LMS (Learning & Talent) - Manage post-implementation stabilization of the new HCM platform, including configuration, data flow, integrations, and UI issues - Ensure smooth and accurate data exchange between HCM, payroll, attendance, LMS, and other systems Vendor & Partner Management - Manage ongoing engagement with HR technology partners and service providers - Coordinate issue resolution, enhancements, releases, and SLA adherence - Act as a bridge between HR teams, IT, and external vendors HR Tech Strategy & Transformation - Partner with HR stakeholders to identify technology-led process improvements - Support scoping and implementation of HR digital transformation initiatives - Scan the HR tech market for emerging platforms, features, and use cases relevant to Data, Architecture & Governance - Develop and maintain understanding of HR technology architecture and data structures - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across HR systems - Support reporting, analytics, and compliance requirements Succession & Leadership Readiness - Work closely with the current Lead – HRST to build capability in HR tech strategy and governance - Prepare to transition into the Lead – HR Systems & Technology role within 12–18 months ______________ Experience & Qualifications - 10–12 years of experience in HR Technology / HRIS / Enterprise Systems roles - Hands-on exposure to multiple HR technology platforms (HCM, Payroll, Attendance, LMS/Talent) - Experience working with vendor-managed or outsourced HR technology environments - Strong post-implementation and stabilization experience - BE / B. Tech / MCA or equivalent technical qualification preferred ______________ Key Skills & Competencies - Strong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, and data flow - Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms and data models - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - High learning agility and readiness to move into a leadership role
