Job Description: Performance Marketing & E-commerce Growth Manager Location:  Thane Industry:  Luxury Fashion / Couture / Premium Retail Role Objective To drive profitable online revenue growth  through performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and data-led e-commerce strategies. This role is for someone who understands that digital marketing is not about traffic — it’s about scalable, measurable revenue . Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Performance Marketing (Paid Ads) • Plan, launch & scale Meta and Google ad campaigns • Optimise ROAS, CPA & CAC • Manage daily/monthly ad budgets • Build retargeting & acquisition funnels • Test creatives, audiences & hooks 2️⃣ E-commerce Revenue Growth • Improve website conversion rate (CRO) • Optimise landing & product pages • Reduce cart abandonment • Increase Average Order Value (AOV) • Analyse funnel leakage & fix drop-offs 3️⃣ Campaign Strategy • Plan revenue-focused sales campaigns • Coordinate product launches & offers • Build high-converting promotional funnels • Develop retention & remarketing flows 4️⃣ Data & Analytics • Monitor performance dashboards • Track CAC, LTV, ROAS & MER • Generate weekly/monthly reports • Identify scale & optimisation opportunities 5️⃣ Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with: • Founder / Management • Creative & content team • Web developer • CRM / retention team • Inventory & merchandising Required Skills & Experience ✔ 3–6+ years in performance marketing / e-commerce growth ✔ Strong Meta Ads & Google Ads expertise ✔ Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA ✔ Experience scaling profitable campaigns ✔ Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) knowledge ✔ Analytical & ROI-driven mindset ✔ Experience in fashion / luxury / premium retail preferred Key KPIs • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) • Revenue Growth • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) • Conversion Rate • AOV (Average Order Value) • CPA / CPL Efficiency • Funnel Performance What Success Looks Like ⭐ Predictable & scalable revenue ⭐ Profitable ad performance ⭐ Improved conversion rates ⭐ Strong campaign ROI ⭐ Reduced acquisition costs Compensation Salary Range:  ₹8 – ₹15 LPA (based on expertise & track record) + Performance Incentives (Revenue / ROAS linked) Who Should Apply Someone who: ✨ Thinks like a revenue owner ✨ Obsesses over numbers & profitability ✨ Understands funnels & psychology ✨ Can scale without burning budgets
