Job description ApplyAZ is transforming the study-abroad experience, helping students access tuition-free degree paths in Italy for both bachelor’s and master’s programs. We’re hiring a Sales Counsellor (Full-Cycle) to own the journey from first contact to payment and successful onboarding. You’ll speak with high-intent leads, run video consultations, handle objections, close enrollments, and keep students moving confidently to the next step and other teams. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle conversion: Own the funnel end-to-end: qualify → consult → follow-up → close → collect → onboarding kickoff. Consult and close: Run video calls, explain the offer clearly (timeline, documents, fees, expectations), and convert to paid enrollment. Multi-channel selling: Close via phone, WhatsApp, email, and video call with fast response time and disciplined follow-up. Objection handling: Confidently handle concerns on fees, safety, fit, timelines, and “why Italy.” CRM excellence: Maintain clean CRM hygiene: stages, tags, notes, next steps, activity logging, sequences, and daily reporting. Collections support: Help students complete payments smoothly and remove blockers quickly. Post-payment support (light): After payment, guide students through immediate next actions so momentum stays high until operations/admissions teams take over. Targeted outbound: Reach out to partners, influencers, and ambassadors to create additional qualified opportunities. Targets (What success looks like) Strong consult booking and show-up rate Consistent consult-to-payment conversion Monthly collection goals met or exceeded Clean CRM records and daily performance reporting No dropped leads, clear next steps for every prospect Qualifications and Skills Experience required: 2+ years in B2C sales for the Indian market with consistent closing performance. Proven track record: Evidence of hitting monthly targets (conversion + collections). Communication: Strong English and Hindi; additional Indian languages are a plus. CRM proficiency: Comfortable with pipelines, tasks, sequences, and reporting. Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, spreadsheets; comfortable with call recording/QA. Closer mindset: Calm, persistent, structured follow-up without being pushy. Hardware ready: Reliable laptop and smartphone.
