Role: Account Manager – Banking Domain Experience: 6+ Years Domain: Banking / BFSI Role Summary We are looking for a sales-driven Account Manager with 6+ years of experience in the Banking/BFSI domain , responsible for revenue growth, account expansion, and client acquisition , while managing strategic banking relationships. Key Responsibilities (Sales Focused) Own revenue targets for assigned banking accounts. Drive account mining through upsell and cross-sell of services. Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and new banking clients. Build strong relationships with CXO, Business Heads, and IT leaders . Lead presales activities – opportunity qualification, solution positioning, RFP/RFI responses. Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to close deals and ensure successful onboarding. Drive deal negotiations, commercials, and closures . Track pipeline, forecasts, and closures using CRM tools . Conduct QBRs and executive reviews to expand wallet share. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years in Account Management / Sales / Client Partner roles. Strong Banking/BFSI domain knowledge (Retail, Corporate, Digital Banking). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets . Experience selling IT services / digital transformation solutions . Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills . Ability to articulate technology value propositions (Cloud, APIs, Data, AI).
