The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance while ensuring brand standards and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee end-to-end operations across multiple QSR outlets.Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, hygiene, and food safety norms.Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity improvements.Monitor daily sales, wastage, inventory, and P&L performance.Business & Financial ManagementAchieve revenue targets and profitability goals.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.Analyze MIS reports and implement corrective action plans.Control food cost, labor cost, and overhead expenses.Team ManagementLead, mentor, and develop Area Managers and Outlet Managers.Drive manpower planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.Implement training programs to enhance operational capabilities.Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture.Customer Experience & ComplianceEnsure consistent customer service excellence across outlets.Address escalations and customer feedback effectively.Maintain compliance with FSSAI and local regulatory requirements.Expansion & GrowthSupport new store launches and market expansion initiatives.Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for smooth rollouts.Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.Key Requirements10+ years of experience in QSR/F&B retail operations.Proven experience managing multi-unit operations.Strong P&L management expertise.Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.Preferred Candidate ProfileMBA/Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.Experience working with leading QSR brands.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
