Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate – Title Insurance Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in U.S. residential and/or commercial title search and examination, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Provide back-office support for Title Companies, including preparing Title Search and Commitment Reports . Perform Title Searches using Title Plants and platforms such as DataTrace, RedVision, Tapestry, and Netronline . Review search documents and accurately paraphrase/align title and commitment-related matters. Collaborate with closing coordinators to revise and finalize Title Commitments as required. Review residential and commercial title search materials and create comprehensive title reports and commitments. Maintain and manage title files in line with process guidelines and compliance standards. Work collaboratively within the team to achieve production and quality targets. Consistently produce error-free work and maintain high accuracy. Identify issues requiring escalation and communicate them to supervisors promptly. Ensure timely completion of tasks, assignments, and special projects. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in U.S. Residential/Commercial Title Search and Examination. Experience working in a multi-state , high-volume, fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with title production systems such as ResWare and Title Plants including DataTrace, RedVision, Tapestry, and Netronline. Mandatory typing speed: 40 WPM with 100% accuracy. Flexibility to work in any shift (role primarily requires night shift). Any graduate degree.
