The Lead Designer will develop creative design concepts, oversee project planning, and collaborate with clients to bring their visions to life. Responsibilities include guiding the design team, ensuring project consistency, selecting materials, and managing design projects from inception to completion while maintaining the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in interior design principles, space planning, and project visualizationStrong knowledge of design tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar applicationsExperience in project management, team leadership, and coordination with stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation, and client management skillsCreative problem-solving skills and an ability to work on innovative ideasAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesA degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldPrevious experience in luxury interior design projects is a significant advantage
