Job Description

1. Recruitment & Sourcing Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Screen resumes to shortlist relevant profiles based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and salary fit. Schedule technical/managerial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles. 2. Interview Coordination Share interview schedules, reminders, and meeting links with candidates and panel members. Ensure smooth interview experience and timely feedback collection. Follow up with hiring managers for evaluation and next steps. 3. Candidate Management Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement and reduce dropouts. Handle candidate queries regarding job role, company info, benefits, and recruitment stages. Manage offer negotiations within approved salary ranges. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Basic understanding of IT and non-IT job roles. Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn recruiter tools, and MS Excel/Google Sheets. Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
